1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CAMSOL TECHNOLOGIES LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, services, or training programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

CAMSOL TECHNOLOGIES provides the following services:

• Tech talent development and training programs
• Software development and IT solutions
• IT consulting and system integration
• Business development and technology trade
• Computer engineering services

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

Some services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Training Programs

5.1 Enrollment

Enrollment in our training programs is subject to availability and eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our discretion.

5.2 Payment and Fees

Training fees must be paid in accordance with the payment terms provided at enrollment. Fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

5.3 Attendance and Participation

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and participate actively in training activities. Failure to meet attendance requirements may result in dismissal from the program.

6. IT Services and Projects

6.1 Service Agreements

IT services and project work are governed by separate service agreements or contracts. These Terms supplement but do not replace specific contractual obligations.

6.2 Deliverables

We will use reasonable efforts to deliver services according to agreed timelines. However, timelines may be subject to change based on project complexity and client cooperation.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Content

All content on our website and in our training materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CAMSOL TECHNOLOGIES and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

7.2 Client Work

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights in custom work developed for clients will be transferred to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to use general methodologies and non-confidential elements in future work.

7.3 Student Work

Students retain ownership of original work created during training programs. However, we reserve the right to showcase student projects as examples of our training outcomes.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Payment Terms

9.1 Pricing

Prices for our services and training programs are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.

9.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as specified during the purchase process. All payments must be made in the currency specified.

9.3 Late Payments

Late payments may incur additional fees or result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to take legal action to recover outstanding payments.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

10.1 Training Programs

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the program start date may be eligible for a partial refund. No refunds will be provided after the program has started except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

10.2 IT Services

Cancellation terms for IT services are specified in individual service agreements. In general, cancellations require written notice and may incur cancellation fees.

11. Warranties and Disclaimers

11.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

11.2 Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAMSOL TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CAMSOL TECHNOLOGIES, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

14. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our relationship. This obligation survives the termination of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cameroon.

17. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute may be submitted to mediation before pursuing legal action.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CAMSOL TECHNOLOGIES regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
